A dedicated indoor pickleball experience area will be set up for the event. Paddles and pickleballs will be provided, allowing participants to enjoy the fun of pickleball in a relaxed and welcoming environment.

Open Play Experience Sessions (11am-6pm)
- Each session is 1 hour in duration.
- Each session accommodates a maximum of four participants aged 12 or above. Participants may freely pair up and play during the session.
- One Open Play experience quota can be redeemed with 10 Points by S⁺ REWARDS members.
- If fewer than two participants have registered for a session prior to its commencement, the session will be cancelled. Any Points deducted will be refunded within 14 working days.
Private Court Experience Sessions (6pm-9pm)
- Each session is 1 hour in duration. Each experience quota accomodates up to six guests to share the court during the session.
- Each session is limited to one private court booking only. Redemption requires 50 Points per session.
Redemption Details: Redemption will be available via S⁺ REWARDS starting from 3:00 PM on 24 August 2026, with designated Points. Quota is available in limited quantities on a first-come, first-served basis.

Participation Guidelines
Admission Arrangements
- Participants must attend and use the court during the designated date and timeslot redeemed through S⁺ REWARDS.
- Participants should arrive at the designated check-in location no less than 10 minutes prior to the start of their reserved session to complete registration
- A valid S⁺ REWARDS Event QR Code must be presented for registration. Screenshots will not be accepted.
- Each Open Play Experience Session is valid for participant aged 12 or above only, and only the registered participant may enter and use the court.
- Members who have redeemed a Private Court Experience Session may enjoy exclusive use of the court during their reserved timeslot. Each experience quota accomodates up to six guests to share the court during the session.
- Upon successful registration, participants will be issued with an event identification wristband and a court usage tag. The wristband must be worn at all times while participating in the activity.
- Upon entering the court, participants must place the court usage tag in the designated location for identification and verification of the reserved session.
Session Usage
- Participants may only use the court during their redeemed session and are not permitted to enter the court before the scheduled start time or extend their usage beyond the allocated session.
- All session timings shall be determined according to the official clock displayed at the venue.
Equipment Rental
- Participants may borrow a set of pickleball paddles and pickleballs
- Participants are responsible for the proper care and use of the venue and all borrowed equipment. Any loss of or damage to venue property or equipment must be reported immediately and may be subject to replacement costs or compensation as determined by the Organiser.
- Upon completion of the session, all borrowed equipment must be returned to the designated check-in counter.
Rules and Regulations
- The court is designated exclusively for pickleball activities and shall not be used for any other purpose.
- Participants are required to wear appropriate sports attire and athletic footwear.
- Participants are responsible for assessing their own physical condition and suitability for participation. All participants assume full responsibility for any risks associated with their use of the court and equipment, and are advised to exercise due care for their own safety and that of others.
- Participants who feel unwell or experience any discomfort during the activity must cease participation immediately and notify event staff.
- Participants must comply with all venue rules and regulations, and follow the instructions and directions of event staff at all times.
- Participants shall maintain the cleanliness of the venue and use all facilities, equipment, and amenities in a proper and responsible manner
- Any conduct that is unsafe, disruptive, objectionable, or may interfere with the enjoyment or safety of other participants is strictly prohibited.
- Participants must not lean on, climb over, pull, shake, or otherwise misuse the court fencing, barriers, nets, or related fixtures.
- Eating is strictly prohibited within the court area. Beverages are permitted only in sealed or covered containers to avoid spills and damage to the playing surface.
- Olympian City shall not be liable for any personal injury, death, loss, theft, or damage to personal property arising from the use of the venue or the acts, omissions, negligence, or conduct of any participant or third party.
- The Organiser reserves the right to deny participation or require any participant to leave the venue immediately if they fail to comply with venue rules, staff instructions, or engage in conduct that may endanger themselves or others, and Points for redemption would not be returned.
- Users using the facilities shall assume all risk and liability for personal injury, medical condition or death, including that of any minors in their care. Olympian City shall not be under any liability for any personal injury, property loss, damage, injury and death of the person or property of any third party caused by the negligence or deliberate act, default or omission.
- Users should be responsible for their own personal safety. Olympian City bears no liability for any personal injuries, health problems or death sustained in or after using the facilities or participating any activities, including directly or indirectly resulting from any existing medical condition.
- In the event that Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above, the Black Rainstorm Warning Signal or similar is hoisted by the Hong Kong Observatory, Olympian City has the right to immediately cancel or alter the event arrangements.
Exit Arrangement
- Participants are required to vacate the court promptly upon completion of their redeemed session.
- Within 15 minutes after the end of the session, participants must return court usage tag, pickleball paddle(s) and pickleball(s) to the designated check-in counter and complete the return confirmation process. Failure to return may be subject to replacement costs or compensation as determined by the Organiser.
Photography and Recording
- Olympian City may conduct photography, videography, audio recording, and other forms of media capture during the event.
- By entering the event venue, participants are deemed to have granted consent to Olympian City to use, reproduce, publish, and distribute any photographs, video footage, recordings, and/or other media containing their image and/or voice for advertising, marketing, publicity, promotional, archival, and related purposes without prior notice or compensation.
